Estimate: 10,000 EUR (11,000 USD)— Lot No. 140: “A large blue and white ‘nine-dragon’ vase, hu, China, 19th century.” Porcelain, two tubular handles, shoulder with concentric fluting, the body with nine four-clawed underglaze blue-painted dragons between heavy, stormy waves, height 55 cm, rim and foot chipped, glued repair to 1 handle, (Hr). Estimate: 10,000 EUR (11,000 USD)— Lot No. 193: “A complete series of twelve numbered ‘Groenlandsche Visschery’ plates.” Johannes Hermanus Frerkingh, t'Fortuyn workshop of, Delft circa 1771-84 faience, blue-painted images after engravings by Adolf van der Laan (Utrecht 1684-1744 Amsterdam) after Sieuwart van der Meulen (flemish c. 1698-1730). All plates numbered with inscriptions, 2.8-23 cm, all bases signed J: h: F 1402 in, rims slightly chipped, (Hr). Estimate: 9,000 EUR (10,000 USD)—Lot No. 195: “A complete set of 12 month-of-the-year plates, De Porceleyne Bijl, Delft 18th/19th century.” Faience, twelve images of the different months, each with the name of the month inscribed, O 25.5 cm, blue axe mark, some rims slightly chipped, (Hr). Estimate: 9,000 EUR (10,000 USD)— Lot No. 151: “Shadakshari Lokeshvara, Tibet, 14th/15th century.” Bronze, figure seated in vajrasana on a double-lotus base, his main hands in anjali mudra, his face cold-painted in gilt, with silver inlaid eyes, his hair pigmented lapis lazuli, inlaid corals and turquoises, height 21.5 cm, some inlaid stones missing, base plate missing, (Hr).
