Hermes has enhanced its existing lineup of Slim D’Hermes watches with a new offering which comes with a titanium case and an anthracite dial.With the new Slim D’Hermes Titane timepiece, Hermes has focused on creating a dynamic and bold tone which gives the timepiece a slim profile and playful contrasts. The Slim d’Hermes lineup which was created in 2015 has been focused on the idea of “cultivating opposites along with pared-down purity” according to the company’s press release. The quintessential nature of the lineup is reflected in its slender profile, broad dial opening and the aesthetic detailing which is used in the creation of its lugs. The Slim D’Hermes Titane was created by Philippe Delhotal, the Creative Director of the Hermes watchmaking division and according to the company is the” epitome of simplicity, rigorous discipline and balance.”The anthracite dial provides the timepiece with a more relaxed style and is made up of three parts. Included in the dial is a ring with cut-out Arabic numerals, while baton-type hands sweep over the centre and there is a frosted crystal small seconds counter. Orange accents provide the dial with colorful accents and the color matches the burnishing on the matt graphite leather strap.  The 39.5 mm diameter case of the Slim d’Hermes Titane is ultra-thin and is created from micro-blasted grade 2 titanium which is extremely lightweight and durable. The circular satin bezel of the timepiece makes a pleasing contrast to the anthracite dial.Onboard the timepiece is the Hermes Manufacture H1950 mechanical self-winding movement which provides a power reserve of 42 hours.
