JTV (Jewelry Television) has recently unveiled a new interactive exhibit at McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS). The display aligns with JTV’s mission of opening the world of jewelry and gemstones to everyone. It is the first of its kind and will provide an engaging experience for the millions who travel through East Tennessee each year, as per an official release.“The exhibit features 28 curated display cases/vitrines, designed to showcase the journey of a gemstone, from crystal or mineral specimen, to faceted gemstone and, finally, as exquisite jewelry. An interactive screen enables visitors to select vitrines within the exhibit to learn more about that featured gemstone. Once selected, the vitrine will light up, and interesting facts will display, providing users with an educational and immersive experience, making their travels through McGhee Tyson Airport even more memorable. Additionally, in the spirit of the journey shared by the travelers and gemstones, a sweepstakes will be offered from now through August 31,” says the release.“The Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority has done an incredible job of bringing a variety of exhibits to the airport to entertain and educate busy travelers. From sculptures and paintings to literature, the creative displays have played an important part in making Knoxville’s airport special, and we are excited that the JTV exhibit will continue that tradition,” said Bill Kouns, Co-Founder and Chief Merchandising Officer of JTV, as per the release. “We hope to share the wonderful world of gemstones and jewelry to both those who call this area home, as well as those visiting East Tennessee and the Great Smoky Mountains — it’s a great way to promote local business and all that this beautiful region has to offer, while furthering our mission of opening the world of jewelry and gemstones to everyone.”“We are always looking for exciting and new ways to entertain visitors at McGhee Tyson Airport. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, we hope to provide valuable and engaging exhibits and artwork that enhance your travel experience,” said Eddie Mannis, Chairman of the MKAA Board of Commissioners. “The display by JTV is stunning as well as engaging and educational, and we are thrilled to highlight such a prominent and successful story from our East Tennessee business community,” according to the release.JTV is a retailer of jewelry and gemstones in the U.S with 25-year history.
