The artisans of Bovet have reinterpreted beloved themes, such as fans, with new inspiration when creating timepieces for women. One of the Amadeo Fleurier 39 timepieces, therefore, features a painted silk fan while another has a fan composed of voluminous feathers.Another striking Amadeo Fleurier 39 timepiece for women features beautiful koi carp. The fish are a beloved theme especially among collectors from Southeast Asia, where koi carp are symbols of love. Ilgiz Fazulzyanov, the Russian enamel artist, created the dial which features carp in a lake scene that is accented with diamonds. The 39 mm-diameter Fleurier Amadeo case on the watches are set with round diamonds. Each of the timepieces can also be easily converted into a bracelet watch, table watch, or worn as a pendant.The Amadeo Fleurier 43 timepieces are designed for men, and two feature Chinese dragons. Themes surrounding dragons have been a traditional favorite with the house since it was formed in 1822, and the Emperor of China often collected these timepieces. In one of this year’s timepieces a golden dragon is recreated on a field of blue. While another timepiece has a multi-hued dragon recreated against a dark hued mother-of-pearl dial.
