Denim Days, the festival produced by the denim industry insiders to connect denim professionals, designers, and brands directly to denim consumers, has announced the dates of three upcoming denim festivals this year to be held in New York (June 8/9), Nashville (October 5/6), and Amsterdam (October 21-27), stated an official release.The release also added that Denim Days Festival will have the best denim brands, installations, seminars, vintage treasure hunting, music, food and drinks, workshops, and many more to explore.“New York Denim Days kicks off the festival calendar with a two-day event at the Metropolitan Pavilion (125 West 18th Street) on June 8 and 9. As in past seasons, attendees will find a selection of brands, designers, artisans, and vintage vendors as well as new activations and interactive installations from denim supply chain members, artists and more. A one-day outdoor vintage denim market on June 9 will shut down 18th street and feature live entertainment, food, and activities for the whole family. TENCEL branded fibers by Lenzing returns as the title sponsor of New York Denim Days,” says the release.Nashville Denim Days was launched with much acclaimed success in 2018 and will return to Marathon Music Works (1402 Clinton Street) this October.The festival celebrates not only denim's heritage and authenticity but also Nashville's vibrant music scene, which, quite literally, took center stage at the inaugural Nashville Denim Days. Attendees at the upcoming edition will find a vibrant mix of denim and independent brands, vintage vendors and artisans, as well as musical performances by local Nashville musicians and food from a selection of local eateries.As per the release, Amsterdam Denim Days – the one that started it all – will celebrate all things indigo with seven days of events, trade shows, activations, and parties all over the city. The week-long Amsterdam Denim Days includes industry-only events, such as the Kingpins Show Amsterdam; an invitation-only denim sourcing; and Kingpins Transformers, a day-long event promoting sustainability and corporate responsibility in denim; as well as a «City Center» program of in-store sales and parties at participating retailers.
