TAG Heuer, the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer recently launched the Formula 1 Max Verstappen Special Edition 2018 timepiece in Amsterdam, created in collaboration with the Formula 1 driver.Earlier this year, TAG Heuer invited Formula 1 driver Max Verstappen to its facility in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. The driver during the trip in July launched the production of a timepiece that he helped design. Verstappen who is a driver for the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing team holds the record as the youngest ever Grand Prix winner in Formula 1.In the event held recently at the Hotel Arena in Amsterdam, Verstappen helped launched the special edition timepiece. Billed as the Formula 1 Max Verstappen Special Edition 2018 timepiece it will be offered as 1,300 pieces and be made available for purchase around the world. The timepiece is the most recent edition that Verstappen has created along with TAG Heuer, and follows up on the successful versions that were released in the years 2016 and 2017.Verstappen choose to imprint the timepiece with a sporty vibe and it has a number of features that provide it with a stylish and functional finish. Sub-dials are present at the 3, 6 and 9 o’clock positions while Red Bull Racing logo and Verstappen’s name are prominently present on the case-back. Additionally the dial features the number “33” which is Verstappen’s racing number while the 43mm, case is made from Stainless steel.
