Zaha Hadid Architects joins hands with BowWow Haus London, for a public exhibition to raise funds for Blue Cross, a UK-based charity organization that provides care and shelter to homeless and injured pets.The exhibition features more than 80 unique kennels created by artists, designers, and architects from different parts of the world.Zaha Hadid Architects lend their expertise in fabrication methods and digital design to create a cocoon-like dog kennel “Cloud,” which would protect the dogs from cold surfaces in winters. The 80 kennels will go on display at various iconic London venues beginning 2018. The exhibition will culminate in a gala auction that is scheduled in May 2018. The money raised will benefit more than 40,000 pets that Blue Cross tends to annually.
